Appointment Types

Initial Consultation

Your Initial consultation with will last a total of one and a half hours. This includes a 30 minute video chat (Google meet, FaceTime or WhatsApp) to discuss your medical history and main area of concern. This is then followed by an in person appointment which will include a physical examination and your first treatment.

The examination requires you to dress down to your underwear. We can provide a gown for modesty or if you prefer you can wear loose shorts and a vest top. 

Standard Appointments

Standard appointments last 20-30  minutes and during this time we will update any concerns or changes to your goals and progress in addition to checking the whole body for misalignments, tension and restriction and making necessary adjustments. 

Sometimes appointment times will be extended to cover specific patient needs, these will be discussed in full in advance and can be booked accordingly.

Tuesday 9.30am-2.30pm

Wednesday 9.30am-2.30pm

Thursday 9.30am-4.30pm

Emergency appointments outside these hours are subject to an out of hours fee.
